Sitting Still Series
This series of intimate paintings was begun in 2005 and continues to this day. Several pieces from this series are always in progress at various stages in the studio. Several of these pieces were begun during Adams' Artist Residency at "The Church" (part of Soaring Gardens Artist Retreat) in August of 2009 and finished in his own studio in September.
